Jessica served me graciously with ink but my ever inquisitive “Spiritually Activated” mind wanted to learn more about her background and culture. Jessica mentioned she was new to Canada from China and she volunteered with the Chinese Seniors Association.

Jessica continued to reveal that her village in China was near the Terra Cotta Warrior exploration site and that was a fascinating discovery for me as someday I hope to visit China.  We chatted and it appeared we both had much in common especially in respect to sharing cultural gifts and promoting unity of humanity.

A few weeks later Jessica called to inquire if I would be interested in attending the Chinese New Year Celebration Gala in Mississauga. I was absolutely ecstatic as I have now opened up to learning more about other cultures. Sometimes the right opportunities to grow are presented but our instincts to take action are hindered by fear. The path to nurturing our soul requires treading the unknown path of life because I believe that is where true beauty and the mystical secrets hide.

As a Citizen of the Universe I am an explorer and vigilant dot connector. I now make it my business to expand my knowledge of fellow brothers and sisters that I share this planet with.  In doing so, I have experienced many surprise blessings and comical “signs” from the Universe.

The venue was a Catholic Chinese Church in Mississauga, a beautiful church with a wonderful sized hall to accommodate the gala. As I entered a young youth welcomed me and offered to escort me to my seat. I inquired of his name and he replied “Ali” I smiled within my heart as the day before I was reading up on Ali the son-in-law of Prophet Mohammed – peace be upon him. Ali mentioned he was simply volunteering to help out the organizers.

The celebrations were primarily in Chinese but that did not deter me from enjoying all the rainbow of entertainment varying from dance, poetry, musicians, magician, martial arts and singing including a surprise performance by a very well established Chinese opera singer visiting Canada. I realized it was not the understanding of the words but more about “tuning into the heart energy” of the performances. Music, dance and singing can break all cultural boundaries when the expression is done with love, and I was feeling an immense amount of love and joy being expressed.

The Mississauga Youth impressed me immensely in their speech declaring they would honor, respect and support the Chinese elder community for all the hard work they had done in helping build Canada into a great nation it is today.

Interestingly I noticed that the elders appeared to be very young and Jessica advised that some men and women were in their seventies, yet their dance movements were flowing like smooth streams, truly amazing. Canadians certainly could learn an immense amount from the Chinese culture and I wondered what the “secret sauce of vitality and youth” might be!

Jessica introduced me to a friend a gentleman who recently emigrated from Palestine. We got chatting on how wonderful the celebrations were and how the dances, music and martial arts were similar in other cultures. Imagine watching Chinese dance movements that appeared like Southern and Northern Indian genre, dance outfits that reflected hints of Native Indian, Egyptian and Dutch culture, opera singing like Italians, martial sword movements like Gatka (Sikh martial arts) and a grand chorus singing Russian heroic hymns … true fusion of cultural “gifts.”  A full platter of sweet delights I had not expected and I remember contemplating WOW, what a wonderful intelligent design full of surprises the Universe has in store for us all.

All the performances certainly broadened my perception of how intertwined as human beings we all are and how broadly the Chinese culture actually were able to embrace and express their fused Creative Gifts, simply by being open to learning from many backgrounds as was evident.

If we all allow the song of the Universe in its full vibrancy to dance and flow through us imagine the excitement and beauty that would be expressed collectively. I know from a personal standpoint, I was very interested in many of the creative art forms expressed.

Toward the end of the event lotteries were drawn and a surprise awaited my vigilant attention. My Palestinian friend won a prize; a bag of rice. Eagle Patna basmati rice! He asked me if I wanted it. I told him HE was the lucky one because intuitively I knew it was a sign from the Universe. The 10th Sikh Guru Gobind Singh (Universal Teacher of Wisdom and Truth) was born in Patna, India and I felt he was sending me a hint that my new friend and I shared a “brotherly/sisterly connection!”

Upon exit I was handed a beautiful red money envelope a Chinese gesture of Good Luck for 2012. Who knows what 2012 has in store, what I do know for sure, I was a very, very lucky person to have experienced something that perhaps money could not buy and that was Pure Collective Love of Life Energy!

The whole experience of Chinese New Year Celebrations helped me understand that Canada has a treasure trove of unexplored talent. We all have the ability to entertain and share of ourselves with others if we choose. The Chinese community certainly knew how to enjoy life and allow their Spirit to shine through while respecting the elders of their community. The event truly inspired me and I hope many other cultures will also get to experience this celebration in the future.

Code Words

Update to the original posting on December 3rd, 2011 as the Universe sent input through the words of Saint Kabir.

I had posted this Tune Into The Code on my Facebook page. A friend got upset and quoted … “please don’t say that IT is God … I would rather prefer if IT was some cartoon character from space.”

Following this on December 12th, 2012 Michael Jackson’s hair was auctioned for $10,871 dollars.  His hair is going to be used as a roulette table gambling ball. I intuitively knew to look up Ang (branch) 871 from the Sikh Wisdom Teacher i.e. Guru Granth Sahib (taking the last 3 digits of the dollar amount) and my instincts proved true. The message of IT from the Guru Granth Sahib follows:

It is not human, and it is not a God.
It is not called celibate, or a worshiper of Shiva.
It is not a Yogi, and it is not a hermit.
It is not a mother, or anyone’s son.
Then what is it, which dwells in this temple of the body?
No one can find its limits.

As a “dot connector” I will share another experiential story that proves “how interconnected” we all are as human beings irrespective of our culture, background or spiritual belief system. We simply need to open our eyes and ears to listen to the inner guidance that intuitive side (sixth sense) that works like a compass, guiding us along our journey of joyful living in the present moment.

While seated at the Sikh Gurdwara (holy temple) I had an inspired thought “get a CD recorded for these Sikh Kirtan singers (vocalists who recite divine hymns for the congregation.) The idea was fresh and new, but I had no knowledge of how to record a professional music CD, neither did I have any musical background. I simply felt an inner knowing (Hukam or Cosmic Request) to “record the work” of these great voices. Their sound vibrations in the form of the divine hymns helped me to connect back with my inner intelligence and comforted me immensely. I simply wanted to express my gratitude to them.

The first place I was inspired to check for a recording studio was Kijiji on the Internet. Immediately I came across an advert “Full-Service Recording Studio For Rent.” I emailed Eugene Rea and KNEW immediately he was the right choice simply by reading his email response to my enquiry because his words spoke to my heart. A caption from his email is below:

“For me recording is all about capturing the moment, or if necessary creating and then capturing the moment. For this reason we have a very relaxing environment in the country yet close to Guelph. As an engineer/ producer, my job is to record your best performances of your material. On a personal note – I believe my strengths beyond technical knowledge is that I love and respect all types of music and am very driven to make sure that your project comes out exactly, or better than how you envision it.”

The moment I walked through Eugene’s house a rebab/rebec caught my eyes attention. Eugene mentioned it was from Egypt. I felt my Spirit rise and knew immediately I was with kindred family! Guru Nanak (founder of Sikhism) and Mardana (his musician) who played the rebab traveled across the globe singing divine poetry inspiring humanity to remember the Creator at all times because all human beings were connected as ONE Infinite Creator’s family. Guru Nanak had also been to Egypt, so a “dot connected.”

On the day of recording, the Kirtan singers had already selected their list of hymns. As we were about to settle down to record a small set of cymbals were placed in my hands by one of the singers and I too got to “play my part” in the co-creation of the CD, what a bonus. Eugene mentioned the cymbals were left in the studio by a Scottish friend. Everything happens for a reason, nothing is an accident. The 10^th Sikh Master Guru Govind Singh Ji was born in Patna, India and there is also a Patna in Scotland … another intuitive “dot connected” for me!

While chatting with Nonie, Eugene’s partner she mentioned she was a singer and had the opportunity to sing with a brain scientist who had recovered from a stroke. At this point I was really surprised because on my website I had the video story of Jill Bolte Taylor the lady Nonie sang with, a Harvard-trained neuroanatomist who had always known more about brains than most people. When a brain hemorrhage triggered her own stroke, she suddenly had a front-row seat on the deterioration of the brain and recovered to tell her story.

“We are all the life force power of the Universe. We are energy beings connected to one another through the right hemisphere of the brain. We are all brothers and sisters on this planet, and in this moment, right now we are perfect, whole and beautiful! The right side “thinks in pictures” and information in the form of “energy streams” through our body sensory system and then explodes into this enormous collage, through the consciousness of the right hemisphere. We are all connected and ONE mega human family.”

This single piece of information was enough for me to realize, that much of what we do is not necessarily in our own hands but in the hands of ONE Intelligence and works in mysterious surprising ways to shower joy, fun and oneness clues into our everyday life if we choose to Play the Game of Life.

During the entire adventure, Eugene made us all feel at home as he walked us through his studio and explained the entire process of how a music CD is created. Eugene’s flexible options for recording and producing coupled with fantastic pricing made the whole “experience” effortless and joyful creativity.

My fear of venturing into the “unknown world of music” became a simple case of walking the path of inner intuition and Trusting that I was being guided on my musical creative journey. All the necessary intelligent “dots connected” and the Universal doors flung open with the right people “showing up” almost like magic to get the project done. I simply had to “allow the energy to flow” through me.

I have learned to trust my intuition more than ever. Tuning into and realizing that the quiet still voice within is the collective higher Spirit intelligence resonating a message of compassion, joy and fun! This intelligence continues to prove to me the Unity of the Universe and our kinship with each other as human beings. Eugene mentioned that the hymns we had recorded sounded very similar in sounds to Gregorian and Gaelic chants.

Learn to trust your own inner voice and tune into your intuition so you too can take flight on the wings of the Universal Spirit.  Experience the joy of music creation just like we did and perhaps along the path you might also discover a few mystery objects and conversations waiting to “reveal a deeper level of Truth” to your heart!

Conquer Your Mind, Conquer The Universe

Everything in the Universe is Life Force Energy and connected to an invisible creative operating system called ONE Intelligence. Our job as human beings is to connect the subtle energy dots which come in the form of instincts/6th sense or intuition while we stay connected and become more aware of the present moment.  I like to use the analogy that the Universe is like a dot to dot puzzle … each dot connection or step leads to the next and many of them contain surprises as I will explain in this story.

Dot 1) I was inspired to submit a bid of $222 for a Michael Jackson art auction and won the bid. The art was positioned outside a blood clinic in a medical center I was visiting. Remember Michael passed away due to a medical situation. The proceeds for the artwork were going to Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario, Canada and I really liked the print.  Joseph Brant was a Mohawk Native Indian Military and Political leader who was closely associated with Great Britain during and after the American Revolution. He was perhaps the most well-known North American Indian of his generation and settled finally in Canada.

Dot 2) In 2010 I was leaving to volunteer in Haiti when my sister-in-law gave me a $222.00 cheque and suggested I give the money to someone in Haiti that might need help. I only noticed the dollar amount once she had left my house. I thought what an odd number to write because it matched the amount I had bid for Michael Jackson’s artwork a few weeks earlier. My sister in law confirmed that it was the first number that popped into her mind.

There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as if everything is a miracle.

Dot 3) I travelled to Haiti with my twin son’s to volunteer with United Sikhs a UN affiliated Non-Government Organization where we were providing a free kitchen and meals. One day during my morning meditation at the Christian camp I was inspired with a quick intuitive thought “put some sewing machines in the camp to help with employment and empower the community.” I took a note of the inspiration in my mental tablet. A few days later a youth turned up at the camp selling books. I leisurely walked over to see what the women were browsing and noticed two sewing patterns and books entitled “Jesus The King Nobody Wanted.” What a coincidence I thought, I was inspired to create a sewing facility and today a young youth is selling sewing pattern books!  The patterns were for women swimsuits and long evening dresses. Both patterns were snatched up by two women at the camp.

Dot 4) As I mentioned the experience to Alissa a young lady volunteering at the camp, she immediately flipped open her laptop and expressed that her passion was to design wedding gowns. She showed me some lovely designs. She further went on to reveal that the waste from banana leafs (below) could also be used for organic banana fabric. I had no idea, but that is how the creative juices start to flow when we are connected to the ONE Universal Infinite Intelligence.  The ONE Intelligence nudges us to take some action and do things that perhaps we might not have considered before.  Imagine an organic fabric made of banana leafs from Haiti. I made a mental note of all the coincidences and thought no more of them.

Dot 5) On our return flight home (Haiti tickets compliments of Westjet Airlines) I sat next to a gentleman named Robert from Saskatchewan.   We started to converse and he spoke about his girlfriend Maria in the Dominican. He mentioned he wanted to buy his boss’ daughter a little dress. Maria mentioned that her entire family were involved in the sewing business and took Robert along to see the factory. Maria’s brother took a pair of scissors and freehand cut a dress within a few minutes. Her brother then continued to sew his masterpiece with frilly ruffles and all for the little girl.

After Robert told me his story I began to think, WOW.  Here’s another “dot connection sign” from the Universe.  I can use sewing patterns OR as an alternative some people ARE talented enough to cut clothing freehand.

Dot 6) Here’s the golden nugget from the conversation with Robert.  He explained that Maria wanted to have her own business and that he was exploring opening up a sewing factory in the Dominican for her family. It would be a way to empower Maria and her family because the current wages were not sufficient to afford them a proper home (Maria’s brother was living in what looked like a shed). In addition, he showed me some photographic evidence of the abysmal conditions the family worked in including uncomfortable seating and a tight workshop environment that had minimal ventilation. Robert and I exchanged information and we may explore a project together.

To live in the NOW and experience life we must try and strike conversations with people and start sharing our “light and personal energy.”  I could have ignored Robert but decided to chat with him on the plane, not knowing that a “surprise” was waiting in the conversation.  What we are seeking or being directed to do is just a conversation away, perhaps on the plane, coffee shop or even in the shopping queue.

The Lord is my Support; the Lord is my Power. The Lord is my Friend; He is my mind’s advisor. The Lord is my capital; the Lord is my credit. As Gurmukh, I earn the wealth, with the Lord as my Banker.

Dot 7) When I returned to Canada from Haiti I thought of the limited electricity at the camp and wondered what solution might be available. With that in mind, I went to Starbucks Coffee for my dose of inspiration. I normally visit a particular store near my home because it appears to be a good “energy” environment for clues on my next steps. As I sat down with my coffee, I observed silently people coming and going.  Within a few minutes I noticed a gentleman sitting to the left of me, and as he moved forward the logo of “Saint Patrick” on the back of his t-shirt caught my eye. I instantly KNEW he was the chap I had to speak with.  I intuitively read energy connections in the form of words and images and that includes logo signs. Read how the United StarMinds logo was created in the Evidence Room to understand.

The ninth Sikh master Guru Tegh Bahadur was also beheaded just like St Patrick so I had an inner knowing that it was a synchronicity clue and guidance to go ahead and talk to him. The fourth domain of conscious awareness in Sikhism (means seeker/learner) is Karam Khand (Realm of Grace) and is defined as the realm where ALL the Creators Saints and Warriors reside. Karam means action or deed. In this domain the Bani (Word/hymns ) are the Force/Power. The force was certainly present when it nudged me to start the conversation!

Water remains confined within the pitcher, but without water, the pitcher could not have been formed; just so, the mind is restrained by spiritual wisdom, but without the Guru (wisdom teacher), there is no spiritual wisdom

Dot I started a conversation with the gentleman about my trip to Haiti and low and behold, he mentioned he had a potential solution for me for the electricity dilemma called Bloom Energy. It was a new technology recently launched by a company in the US and Google, Ebay, FedEx, Walmart and CocaCola to name a few were using it. The solution which started out as a NASA project uses small ceramic disks using sand, painted with special inks. When oxygen is pumped into the cells it creates fuel efficient electricity. There, I now had a potential answer to my electricity dilemma and more steps to explore to see if the company would be interested in piloting in Haiti.

And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened

Dot 9) The conversation with the gentleman got even more interesting. He mentioned his daughter was organizing a music fund raiser called Project Youth for Haiti. I ended up being a guest speaker at their event and shared my Haiti story.

Dot 10) During the above Project Youth for Haiti speaking engagement a raffle ticket announcement caught my attention. Intuitively I knew I should “go buy a ticket.”  The ticket numbers I received were 222 and 223.  I won the Starbucks Gift Basket with the 222 ticket number!  Winning the gift basket was not a big deal. I wanted to explore and see WHAT was in the basket. The contents were a coffee cup, a thermos flask, a Santander (in Punjabi phonetically means for the Saints), chocolate bar and couple of bags of coffee beans.

More importantly the wrapping paper really caught my attention. The words imprinted on the paper are comical and read as follows: Secrets and surprises. The unveiling of the unexpected. The Siren holds the key for she has the gift. The shimmer of something Mysterious Elusive Hidden.  A classic example of how humanity continues to be obsessed with secrets, codes and symbolism of deities.  Perhaps a better marketing campaign would be – “Go ahead, talk to the chap sitting next to you in our coffee shop, he might be your missing key!”

Sirens are water spirits or mermaids, however, nothing is a secret if you are willing to explore life and seek the path of Truth as a vigilant seeker.

It is my sincere hope that these “dot connection experiences” are guiding the reader on HOW the ONE Intelligence in the Universe operates “through us.” We send or receive a vibrational energy frequency signal/request and then through our intuitive awareness are enabled to take an action when the right “dot connection” is fielded our way.  Do not fear anything but have the courage to just open up with others and the answers we are seeking are just a coffee shop away. Remember I could have ignored the chap with the St Patrick t-shirt but did not because I had inner guidance nudging me, “go ahead do it.”

Dot 11) After the Starbucks experience, a lady came to view our house (we were selling). As I started talking about Haiti and the 222 incidents, she mentioned her birthday was 2/22.  When the women returned for a second viewing she brought along two books for me to read. I was very surprised and gave her two books from my collection.

The first book was the Mystical Life of Jesus by Sylvia Brown and his apparent life in the UK and France.  The second book called The Michael Teachings really caught my attention. The book referred to the fact that life is simply a divine eternal GAME orchestrated through karma (actions), Maya (term used in India for the illusion/material world), potentially millions of reincarnations of the soul if not awakened and many spiritual realms in the Universe each soul must travel through to experience the fullness of life leading to unconditional love for all creation.  But more importantly the ability to “fast track” spiritual progression to higher realms in the Universe while in the physical realm was also possible.

The teachings further eluded that “The Michael Teachings” WERE NOT THE WAY TO THE ULTIMATE TRUTH but as teachers of higher spiritual realms they were aware of everything on the physical realm and that each soul’s activities are monitored and recorded in the form of karmic ribbons!

I felt that this experience was a strong confirmation of Guru Nanak’s message (founder of Sikhism) that an individual must develop and connect to their spiritual nature first before “playing the game” in the earth classroom otherwise karmic actions will continue to build upon each soul taking them further away from their True Essence or ONEness. His message “Conquer Your Mind, Conquer the Universe” resonated strongly for me.

There are nether worlds beneath nether worlds, and hundreds of thousands of heavenly worlds above.

Imagine if an individual has misdirected their energy in a lifetime because they were not aware that their primary life objective was a spiritual or inner connection path, they could spend possibly millions of years recycling around in the cosmic Universe due to karmic ribbons (karma debts) that they need to pay off!

Guru Nanak knew this and experienced it. He brought a Universal message that we are ONE united family, to live in Truth, become fearless, love all, be compassionate, standup and be of service to others. His message instructed individuals to put sincere effort in the form of action towards the ONE Creator (Formless and Timeless) and then to listen to the heart or inner teacher’s guidance. He stipulated that when we serve ONE selflessly with love for benefit of the entire humanity, the karmic merits and demerits can be waived. In essence the ONE Intelligence serves the ONE Intelligence in the creation with no duality, aspires to be in balance (words and actions) and projects from pure LOVE and LIGHT for ALL the creation and beings.

Dot 12) Not long after the above incident a friend invited me to come over to her house for an evening of meditative prayer. As she pulled open her Sikh hymn book, I asked her which hymn she was reciting and she mentioned 222.  She eluded it was the same hymn she had sang to raise funds for the Haiti disaster earlier in the year at the Sikh Gurdwara (temple).  The hymn is on ang (branch) 778 as below.

My Father is absolutely all-powerful. God is the Doer, the Cause of causes.

Sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe, continually,
continuously; He is the Beloved Master of the breath of life.

I was no longer being surprised and knew I was being delivered a strong message associated with the 222 symbolism.  Sing, rejoice, be happy and Praise the ONE Infinite Creator and expand your Joyful energy across the Universe.

Each soul should try to connect back to the ONE source energy every day which is within our hearts by means of meditation or contemplation through ”silence.”  Find the best method that feels right in your heart and when you make that first “connection” trust you will jump for joy and be in High Spirits!

We must try and cleanse our minds of old mental thought patterns no longer relevant for this time and age which can stall the ability for everyone to find their bliss and happiness on earth.  Heaven and Hell are all a state of mind. We can find bliss right here and now if we choose to merge back with the Infinite Intelligence of ONE that holds this magnificent Universal divine game together.

Dot 13) I would not be living Truth if I did not disclose I came across a Jehovah Witness song 222: Sing Praises to Jehovah Keep Your Eyes on the Prize. The prize I did win at Starbucks with ticket number 222, but the real prize however, was realizing many belief systems really interconnect in some shape or form that we are all ONE in this fabulous Universal Game of Love and simply need to awaken and tap into it.

Dot 14) Here’s the funny part the 222 loop that started with the Michael Jackson artwork took me to some information that made me realize that Michael was a practicing Jehovah Witness.  I hope the reader is getting the bigger picture of HOW the Intelligent Universal ONE is subtly interconnecting all our actions carrying us along the mysterious river of life with a surprise here and there just for fun.

It does not matter what name you use because do not ALL names belong to ONE? It is important to cultivate a sense of gratitude which automatically makes a person Praise the Creative Life Force Energy within and all around us and gives breath to every human being. I use many examples from historical writings simply to make the reader aware that praising life is a natural expression of Love for Life and the unity we all share as ONE Humanity. Our ancestors knew this very well.

The Zabur was the Holy Book attributed to David by God, just as Musa (Moses) got the Tawrat (Torah), Issa (Jesus) got the Injil (Gospel) and Muhammad received the Qur’an. Psalms were attributed to King David known as Dawud (ancestor of Jesus.)

The term Zabur is the Arabic equivalent of the Hebrew Zimra, meaning “song/music.” It, along with Zamir (“song”) and Mizmor (“Psalm”), is a derivative of Zamar, meaning “sing”, “sing praise”, “make music”. Thus, David is also usually attributed the gifts of music and song.

Dot 15) The synchronicity of 222 just continued. On World Homeless Day 10-10-10, a video that discussed homelessness and hunger (including children) in the City of Brampton, Ontario caught my attention. The video showed a car with the number 222 on the side.  It was another reminder to be of service and empower others to feed the hungry where necessary.  Guru Nanak set up the concept of the Guru’s Free Langar i.e. free kitchen in the Gurdwara’s. The intention was to have everyone sit at the same level i.e. on the floor and eat food together irrespective of their background or social status.  Irrespective of how we support others we must ensure that we treat them with total respect and not be proud of any effort we conduct; otherwise we totally miss the concept of “selfless service.”

1) The Lord our God is the only Lord. Love the Lord your God
with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.
2) Love your neighbour as you love yourself.
There is no other commandment more important than these two.

Dot 16) On a trip to Sacramento, California in 2011, I was watching an in flight movie Unstoppable a 2010 American action thriller starring Denzel Washington and Chris Pine. The film tells the story of a runaway freight train, and the two men (Washington and Pine) who attempt to stop it. The train’s identity number was 777 and shown throughout the movie.  As I left to visit the washroom on the plane I noticed the number 777 on the food storage trolleys in the United Airlines kitchen area. I quickly connected the dots and laughed.  Just as I was leaving the plane I looked down on the floor and noticed the pipe “sign.”  222 was a very interesting surprise because it was attached to 777. To have so many 777 symbols appear in one sequence that caught my eye was clearly a message I had to decipher. This is a classical example of how sometimes we need to contemplate with wisdom the real meaning of the “experiences.” Now the reader can surmise their own interpretation of 777 but it appears to have some religious connotation.  I will stick with the 222 dot connections which are clearly unstoppable!

Dot 17) Upon arriving at my final destination in Yuba City, California I was sharing my airport story when I noticed a car parked across the street from my relative’s house. The car license plate number was 5AKE222. Now every individual has been given a mind to decipher their own mental symbols and codes. My instant translation was Five EYE 222, and reminded me of Guru Gobind Singh the 10^th Sikh Master who baptized five Sikhs and said he would always be with his Sikhs in Spirit. AKE in Punjabi is phonetically EYE in English and 222 connected to the previous dot connections. Note that the Guru Granth Sahib is written entirely in Gurmukhi as a phonetics (sounds like) based script, hence I often translate English words in my mother tongue Punjabi because I have found that spiritual matters are conveyed in a cryptic encoded or “veiled” way, that’s part of the illusion or game I guess.  Guru Nanak stipulated crazy are the ways of the Saints … crazy I am, crazy in Love of the Creator and the Divine Comedy that continues to unfold!

I have realized that the “signs” and the language of the ONE Universal Intelligence is all around us. There were too many 222 signs to ignore in my “experiences” because each one perfectly connected to a deeper message and came full circle back to the origin or starting point i.e. the Haiti earthquake and my friend singing the Sikh 222 hymn to raise funds for the disaster. Every other 222 connection flowed from that starting point in my perception of reality.

Dot 18) I decided to search other holy scriptures and found over 300 instances of the mention of signs in the Holy Quran:

And those who have no knowledge say: “Why does not Allah speak to us (face to face) or why does
not a sign come to us?” So said the people before them words of similar import. Their hearts are alike,
We have indeed made plain the signs for people who believe with certainty.

Dot 19) The Holy Bible mentions signs many times including Acts 2:22!

“Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles,
wonders and Signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.”

It is apparent that every belief system has a mention of signs, therefore, we simply need to develop our intuition and comprehend HOW our sixth sense delivers meaningful messages which can help us progress along our individual cosmic journey and the overall evolution of mankind.

When we are able to comprehend our plan and life mission, nothing stands in our pathway. We are helped by the creative forces of the ONE Infinite Formless Intelligence that unites and connects us ALL as ONE humanity.

While sharing my story with my nephew Joshan in the UK, his natural instincts made him immediately flip over his Dell (means heart in Punjabi phonetics) laptop and the serial number on his computer began with 222 … the look on his and my face was utter surprise. How did Joshan know to do this out of the ordinary reflex motion? He did not, but ONE Intelligence knew and moved him! Below is the image. The key words that pop out are Express Service Code, the code I read is “Express Service” – we must serve each other any way we feel empowered to do so.

The message I have deciphered is to share my story to empower others to believe in deeper dimensions of reality and power of thought energy. We are all connected to ONE awareness. We are all on a cosmic journey and as we share we collectively open up to higher levels of consciousness/ intelligence. We truly are a mystery to be revealed to each other and what a fantastic way to unite as ONE.

Fear and lack of courage is the only enemy holding back the creative progression of humanity. The Creative Conscious Energy operating throughout the Universe is alive and seeking our response to take action on fresh creative sustainable wisdom that is being flowed our way. We simply need to develop our intuitive senses to pick up on the creative energy vibrations and then take the necessary actions to connect all the right dots. Be careful, I have experienced some traps, but they were deliberate to help me pause, listen, learn and grow, so do not fear!

No one should go without food or be living on streets on this plentiful planet if our heart is in the right place.  We must all lead and empower our fellow brothers and sisters around the world to become self sufficient. In light of the current state of poverty in the world, throwing a doggie bag to someone for a few days is not a long term solution. What if WE are the ones that keep returning to “this planet” because WE have not learned the lessons of mastering/balancing our energies, truthful living, love, compassion and the Unity of ONE Infinite Intelligence?

How powerful is the Universal ONE Intelligence? Well consider every atom is conscious vibrating energy. My laptop is made of atoms the same stuff my body is made of.  I had completed an update to my book on January 6th, 2011. On January 7th, 2011 I awoke at 3:15 am for morning meditation and was inspired to add a few more examples of how “intelligent energy” is everywhere. I checked my email and below is FANTASTIC EVIDENCE that Energy Does Matter (manifests) . . .

Now granted this might sound crazy at first. I too was a skeptic but when you look at the below photo that I captured while in Haiti the “dot will connect” – it was a truck I noticed when we first arrived in Haiti with big letters MATTER and my instincts immediately knew it was referring to energy.

Read and research to understand how the soul progresses in the Universe, we are immortal and the job is never completed, EVERY religion has the “message” in some cases it is deeply hidden in parables but all the same the message is there. Research and let Truth reveal the LIGHT to your heart and mind.

Tomorrow will be another day, and a fresh scene. Each day is unique and has many surprises, some hidden some not.  Make sure you live life in the present moment. Connect with the subtleness of Mother Nature always trying to capture our attention and put a smile on her children’s faces!

The Universe is very intelligent and operates like an intelligent game. This game is like the all eyes security software running in the background of life. Coined as HeARTificial Intelligence by United StarMinds the Game Director sends subtle clues and ”signs” to vigilant game players.

Life is incredibly busy and often when we are not tuned into the Game Directors dance of the Universe, we can often miss some key moments of inspiration and joy. We are not alone and have universal guidance, IF we just “open our eyes and look”.   Below is a story from my trip to Haiti earlier this year which I hope will inspire and empower you.

I had a sudden inner pull to drop everything and go to Haiti earlier this year when the earthquake hit. My son’s both accompanied me and we volunteered with United Sikhs a United Nations Non-Governmental Organization who were providing hot food to the victims in Haiti.

Having tuned into my intuition with the help of HeARTificial Intelligence I was guided to take the right actions where I was able to secure six free airline tickets to Haiti compliments of Westjet Airlines. Your probably wondering who is HeARTificial Intelligence? This is the term I use to refer to the universal intelligence that permeates the entire Universe. Some people might call this intelligence ONE, God, Creator, All That Is, or Supreme Being.  Whatever, YOU are comfortable with, is good.

When we had arrived in Port-au-Prince, I asked aloud “why are we really here in Haiti?”  I had other intuitive experiences and was “feeling” there was a deeper message. Just at that moment as I looked across from the Sikh camp I noticed some letters and they read “DKDR 13″. My conscious translated that data instantly as “I’m Watching – 13”.  You have to say it phonetically and in Punjabi. I suddenly had an overwhelming intuitive feeling of Guru Nanak (the founder of the Sikh faith) communicating with me silently through signs!

As a young youth Guru Nanak was working as a store keeper of the state granary. Once in the process of weighing, when he reached thirteen, he went into a meditative state and continued weighing and counting repeatedly “Teraa ! Teraa ! Teraa ! Teraa ! Teraa ! . . . “Thine ! Thine ! Thine ! Thine ! Thine ! 

Teraa arithmetically means thirteen (13) but spiritually Guru Nanak meant, ‘All Thine’, meaning Everything Belongs to God. That is why number thirteen is taken as a lucky number in Sikhism. To the utter surprise when an assessment was done of the granary, there was no decrease in the store stock and it was found to be accurate and in order. A divine miracle had occurred.

To continue on the theme of thirteen, when we were on route to the airport we booked into a hotel and our room numbers were thirteen and fourteen.  At the airport we were allocated seat numbers thirteen and fourteen.  These incidents were more than a coincidence; I knew this in my heart. My Spiritual Master Teacher (Formless Guru) was intuitively “communicating” with me to take note of things that caught my eye and ears, and then to document the evidences.  I am writing a separate document of many other “experiences in Haiti” but thought I would share this one.

In the Sikh faith these “signs” are referred to as Anubhav Parkash (knowledge through Intuition), the rational or reasoning mind does not apply to experiential spiritual experiences. Deepak Chopra has an excellent book called The Book of Secrets that also defines how the Universe is always sending signs and messages and each one of us needs to be “open” to understanding the clues thrown in our direction guiding us through life.

Since returning from Haiti I started to notice an overwhelming number of times the number thirteen has been occurring especially in media news stories. This is not “imagination”, it is real. Google with all their power should be able to churn out a report with their algorithms and provide the evidence.

What I find really interesting is the fact that the US ONE dollar bill uses, 13 arrows, 13 stars, 13 pearls, 13 stripes, 13 olives with 13 leaves and 13 steps representing the triangle pyramid. To top that, the dollar bill reads In God We Trust with the Eye of Providence representing the Egyptian Sky God Horus deity.  The triangle is clearly the Trinity in Christianity and in Hinduism the Brahma (Creator), Vishnu (Supreme Godhead and preserver) and Shiva (destroyer or transformer) deities.   In reality though, there is only ONE Game Director operating this incredible movie and not three!

I often wonder how many people realize that the US currency states In God We Trust. Yet, the topic of Spirituality is something regarded as taboo in modern day society and especially media.

Guru Nanak stipulated very strongly … the Primordial ONE created all the Gods, Goddesses and Demi-Gods.  The Primordial Formless ONE is diffused throughout the creation and controls the entire world play.

It did not take me too long to discover that “word play” is an inherent part of poetry and the divine game/play.  I started to question the “signs” and shortly, thereafter, a friend suggested I read up on the The Poem of the Alphabet or Patti Likhi by Guru Nanak. It is documented that when Guru Nanak asked his teacher the meaning of the letter S the teacher advised him it just meant S. To which Guru Nanak responded it had a deeper meaning and started reciting the entire thirty-five letters of the Gurmukhi alphabet with a poetic verse attached to each letter.

It’s time to wake up and be vigilant. There is intelligence in the Universe. HeARTificial Intelligence is one massive HEART+MIND and we’re all connected to it. We are being watched … mind your words and actions. In the end the only bank account you will take with you is your Spiritual Bank Account with good actions and deeds!

Understanding the key principles of cultural diversity and the need to nourish such environments in work and society are critical to achieving harmony in the world. We are all born into a certain culture but that does not mean we are supposed to ignore all others around us!

Imagine the ability to be able to experience the full vibrancy, colour and depth of another culture without having to leave your country!  Canada is such a rich culturally diverse country that people could spend an entire lifetime traveling from Province to Province and nourishing their souls with such diverse cultural knowledge, still waiting to be discovered.

Canada’s diversity includes Native Indians to East Indians, Irish, Haitians, German, Ukrainian, Muslim, Eygpytian, Portguese, Spanish, French, British, Italian, Korean, African, Chinese and American brothers and sisters to name a few. They are living right next door or in our own towns, cities and villages.

We work daily with people from multiple cultures, yet how often have we taken the time to learn about one another. I know I missed many opportunties in the past. How often are we open enough to share our cultural depth with others? How many times have we all wondered about a certain cultures and their customs? Perhaps you’ve seen something on television that has really intrigued you about a culture, i.e. the food, a traditional dance, a wedding ceremony or perhaps even a cultural holiday.

You might have wondered, why does my stir fry not taste like the Chinese restaurant or why do some Indians wear turbans and others don’t, or why do Greeks break plates during their weddings? Then one day a golden opportunity has presented itself, for you to ask the perfect person the question you would love to discover. But, bang there goes that wonderful opportunity because you backed down in case you “offended them”.

I would like to share a couple of personal experiences around the multi-cultural sensitivity issues we face today:

1) A friend of mine contacted me about an Indian music performance group who were performing in Canada asking about Indian advertising vehicles I could point her to. She had been told by the marketing department that they had to be careful to market to the correct Indian audience because the performers had come from a specific territory in India.

I responded that in this wonderful multi-cultural diverse country why would the organizers not want to share this beautiful performance with every cultural society rather than just with the Indian community?

2) Another example was a ”Jehovah faith pamphlet” I had received at my home. A school teacher was stuck for cultural and religious knowledge until she had received a book on multiple faiths from Jehovah Witnesses. She was absolutely ecstatic that she could now understand and share this knowledge with her pupils in class. You would think that the school systems would have a cultural knowledge bank somewhere that teachers could access these resources?

I would like to encourage the reader to step outside of your comfort zone to explore the wonderful multi-cultural society we live in. Trust your instincts and heARTificial Intelligence that you might not be offending anyone. Go ahead ask your friends, associates, your neighbors or perhaps even fellow parents at your child’s school.  One simple question – I would love to learn about your culture or faith, do you mind sharing? And see what happens. It may surprise you, the opportunity is already lined up for those that don’t fear!

If they say yes, fantastic, you will discover some hidden gems and jewels of a culture that you probably would NOT have experienced.  On the other hand, if they say no, please don’t be offended and become sensitive, just look at the bright side 1 person in perhaps a 1000 might say no. You still have 999 others to ask!

A final thought, remember the world’s diversity of languages, traditions and cultures are a great treasure for all of us to enjoy while we live on this planet and when we’re all done we will shed our body suit and underneath we will find we were all the same and it was a exploratory game!

The movie had an interesting storyline about a woman (Julia Roberts) traveling around the world from Italy to India and then finally ending up in Bali in the hope of finding her spiritual connection with God.  Watch the  movie trailer here.

The cinema was full of excited women and my sincere hope is that they DO NOT believe that they have to make such an expensive  journey around the world, to find what is already “within them”.  Julia used a quote in the movie indicating India as The Source (for spirituality/God connection).   Hopefully everyone is aware by now that The Source is silently “within every heart”, and yes it does require a certain level of “devotion” to “connect to IT”.  In the movie a mantra or prayer was recited from the Indian Bhagavad Gita scriptures as a tool for daily devotion and connection. 

Every culture has a method of daily devotion whether that be reciting of prayers of singing to thank God/Creator/Energy. What humanity have forgotten is the act of ”remembering” to do this every day. The movie hopefully will remind people of the importance to find that sense of balance in their day to day life, and the importance to engage young children to do the same, as a daily practice.  We are  made of atoms, just try and contemplate on who holds those atoms together? That is who YOU should be thanking everyday and bonding with in a way that makes YOU feel comfortable and happy.

Contemplating the vast expanse of this Universe and our tiny little dot called Earth, we must take some time daily to be thankful for the air that we breathe, the water we are given and the earth that so lovingly sustains every need that we enjoy today.  This practice not only allows a sense of balance in our lives but also balances the energy around us.  A key reason why some people (eastern countries) awake at 3 am to start their devotional practice. Try it, notice the birds singing early in the morning, something you will not notice when the day gets fully charged with all the hustle and bustle.

I recall in England during school we would recite the Lord’s Prayer during morning assembly and before lunch the children would recite a prayer, again thanking God for the food we were about to receive.  The school systems today do not encourage that type of practice anymore, because people complain it is not “their God” or their religion. 

There is only ONE Light and we are all connected to the same Energy.  What if the world could just enjoy each other and love one another like brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, One United Family irrespective of colour, caste and creed and enjoy the Pure Essence of The Light Within Each Heart. Wouldn’t that be a wonderful thing?

The spiritual practices enjoyed in India are valid only if the student is led back to their inner being. No Guru is going to be able to give you a “ticket to God” or wipe away your karma’s/mental programs that keep replaying, it is something that each individual needs to put some personal effort into achieving.  Yes of course listen and contemplate the teachings of a Guru/Teacher, but fair warning, YOUR experience is NOT the other persons and vice versa. We are all unique with a “story to to live and take ACTION on”.

Learn from your own experiences and seek answers from within yourself. You may find spiritual Guru’s or teachers across the world with astounding powers and tricks up their sleeves to impress you, but that is not the true Way or path of enlightenment.  And yes, it may surprise you, but we are ALL here to be enlightened, this was not just for Jesus, Buddha or other teachers we are ALL trying to find our way back home to the primoridal ONE Source. It is very important that we must put active effort into our spiritual awakening journey, sooner in life than later.

I only realized the importance of devotional prayer practice after my mother passed away, and now I wonder, what the heck I was doing for the earlier part of my life. I was clueless on the spiritual front acting out my thankfulness to God in a mechanical way.  I am not ashamed and will honestly say I thought God was up on a cloud somewhere not a personal experience or journey towards achieving the merging of my Light back to the ONE Light Source Energy.  But as they say, everything is planned and all the pieces of the puzzle came together, at the right time for every individual.

What did I gain from watching the movie?  A whole bunch of evidences and signs for my adventure/journey through life.  The Universe does communicate in numbers, words and even objects (read Seth Speaks – The Eternal Validity of the Soul, who describes how all images we see are visual signs contained as symbols and clues in forms of energy and various levels of the universe/planes a soul experiences as teams. Note the Seth book referred to a musical realm on page 23 that he had no knowledge of. The Sikh teachings are about singing praises (kirtan) of the Creator, this was an intuitive flag for me to take note.  Or read the Michael Teachings about karmic ribbons, the multiple levels/planes each soul has to pass through, and humanities ultimate goal being unconditional love and acceptance to return to the ONE Source Energy that we are sprung from. Still not convinced on past lives and the Immortal Soul, then read One Soul, Many Masters by Brian Weiss.  No one can make the choice but YOU to start your spiritual journey.

NOTE: All these books were very helpful on my spiritual evolution, BUT each book led me back to my own faith to explore and discover the deeper Truths contained in my own spiritual readings (see below), which had similar messages of multiple planes, the infinite nature of the universe, transmigration and karma.

Two numbers caught my attention in the movie and I wanted to share them, because I have a tool I personally like to use for my spiritual growth.  If I see a recurring number I like to enter it in The Guru Granth Sahib (Eternal Guru i.e. Teacher Enlightener) from Sikhism which is a book of wisdom containing poetry from devoted Saints including the famous poet Kabir and spiritual rebel/explorer Guru Nanak.  I like to refer to Sikh as SEEK, because for me it means remain a continuous learner throughout life. 

The Guru Granth Sahib is a book of wisdom and contains 1430 ANG’s which mean branches rather than pages. The Guru Granth Sahib contains parables, metaphors and mind bending poetic verses that really stimulate an individual to contemplate the meaning behind the written Word.  In some respects, the readings have helped me conquer my mind and stablize my thoughts (monkey chatter). It is hard to explain but somehow the words ”begin to work within you”.  You could say it’s heavy duty soap to purify and stablise the mind.

My belief in signs was further validated when I read an ANG called The Poem of the Alphabet by Guru Nanak, where he gives a poetic meaning for each Gurmukhi alphabet letter.  On his first day of school Guru Nanak challenged the teacher to give him the meaning of the alphabetic letter S. The teacher said it just meant the letter S. Guru Nanak started reciting the alphabet in poetic form and said the letter S was for the Sole Creator. Read the story here. 

I mention this because, what we are looking for in life is a personal experience or let’s say our Appointment with the Universe that will start to guide us with clues strewn here and there. Our job is to pick up on the clues which take us closer and closer to living and understanding the Essence of Truth in this lifetime and fulfilling our “promises” or “things we need to complete in this lifetime”. Completing these tasks helps our individual soul evolve so that we may eventually merge back into the ONE Supreme Soul (the Formless ONE) where we are all connected as brothers and sisters.  Look at your indiviidual self as a fragment of the ONE. Serving and helping each other along this journey of life is our collective experience and duty.

The Creative Formless Energy of ONE Lives in the Creation and is not separate. Contemplate on this, because if you GET THIS you will understand the entire purpose of life and the message that Humanity really is ONE.

The numbers that caught my attention in the movie were in a scene where Julia is storing away her personal “stuff” before she leaves on her spiritual trip. The numbers on the storage units were 322 and 323.  22 is often a number that appears in my “symbol bank” and 23 (by the way watch Jim Carrey’s movie 23!).  So when I noticed these numbers I intuitively knew they were clues to check into.

Quote: “To obtain the state of life of Nirvaanaa, meditate in remembrance on the One Lord. There is no other place; how else can we be comforted? I have seen the whole world – without the Lord’s Name, there is no peace at all. Body and wealth shall return to dust – hardly anyone realizes this.”

ANG – Branch 323

Quote: “O Nanak, serve the Infinite Lord; grasp the hem of His robe, and He will save you. Worldly affairs are unprofitable, if the One Lord does not come to mind. O Nanak, the bodies of those who forget their Master shall burst apart.”

It is my sincere hope that every person reading this post is connected to their Inner Light.  Be vigilant and stay in the present moment. Notice everything. Turn the cell phone off now and again and intuitively try and listen without your ears and see without your eyes, that is where the real magic of life is waiting to divulge its secrets to you. It is a personal “experience” BUT, share your story with others, because only then can people learn and connect with their own inner Truth.

A study was conducted in San Diego on a stroke victim that has shown the hidden depth and potential of musical notes on the physical body and in this case the brain.

The attached article is facinating as it demonstrates how a patient was unable to speak after brain damage but simply singing the patient was able to use the right side of the brain area that allowed a connection to the “singing centre”.

To attain a higher conscious spiritual state and to aid concentration and focus Eastern Indian meditation practices teach the process of listening to certain musical tones everyday.  I personally practice the process of kirtan which entails reciting a mantra or singing/listening to short poetry verses everyday.  With regular practice (normally early in the morning) I have started to notice some incredible sensations in the brain area, similar to a tapping and cooling sensation. The results are incredibly relaxing. I also have to admit my consciousness is expanding!
